Welcome to cookpilotai, a smart kitchen devices store including cookers and meal helpers operated under the domain cookpilotai.tech. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

cookpilotai offers installation, customization, and virtual training on smart kitchen devices. Service appointments are subject to scheduling availability.

2. Info Products

We provide digital cookbooks, recipe guides, and video tutorials. Access is granted via download after purchase.

3. Goods

Our product lineup includes smart cookers, meal prep helpers, and related accessories. All items are shipped from our facility in Singapore.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Customers may request a refund or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. If a session is canceled less than 48 hours before, no refund is available, but a one-time reschedule request will be considered free of charge, subject to availability. Custom installations and third-party integrations are non-refundable due to the unique setup requirements.

4.2 Info Products

Requests for a refund of digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any download or streaming activity. If the digital file has been accessed, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded.

4.3 Goods

Unused items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be in original packaging and condition. Once we receive the shipment and verify its condition, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Rescheduling Services

Service appointments can be rearranged up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. To reschedule, please contact our support team via the contact form. Late changes may incur additional fees or policy restrictions.
